Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Fastform (“Fastform,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Fastform.

What Fastform does

Fastform helps you understand and fill out PDF forms faster by explaining their fields and filling them from the information you provide and the profile you save. It is a software tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, immigration, financial, or other professional advice, and using it does not create any professional-client relationship.

You are responsible for your forms

You must review every field for accuracy before you sign, submit, file, or otherwise rely on any form. Fastform does not submit or file anything for you and is not responsible for the consequences of forms you complete or submit. For questions about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional, and verify current requirements with the relevant agency (for example, uscis.gov or irs.gov).

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you’re responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful content or use the service in violation of any law or another person’s rights;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• exceed or circumvent usage limits, or interfere with other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service for you, including sending them to the AI and speech-to-text providers described in our Privacy Policy.

AI accuracy and “as is”

Fastform uses automated and AI systems that can be wrong or incomplete, and their output may contain errors. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastform and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from forms you complete, submit, or rely on. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero).

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free use. Without a paid plan you can upload forms and view them, and try the editor on our sample form. Filling in your own forms and downloading a filled PDF require a paid plan (see our pricing page).
• Paid plans. Standard and Pro are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Each plan includes the monthly form allowance and features described on the pricing page. Prices may not include taxes, which are added where they apply.
• Fair use.Each plan also includes a monthly AI allowance, sized for the plan’s form count at typical form sizes. Very long forms use more of it. If you reach it, the app tells you, and it resets on the first of the month.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancelling.You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
• Changing plans. Switching between Standard and Pro takes effect right away, and the charge for the current period is prorated.
• Failed payments.If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it still can’t be collected, paid features may be paused until the payment method is updated.
• Price changes.We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription.

Profiles for other people

On Pro you can save details about other people you fill forms for, such as clients or family members. You’re responsible for having their permission to store and use that information.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Termination

You may stop using Fastform at any time and delete your account from the account panel, which also cancels any subscription. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Fastform’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
